The Atlantic Food Pantry provides groceries to needful individuals and families. Food is supplied at no charge to residents that may not have enough to eat due to a lack of financial resources. The pantry serves low income families, single parents, senior citizens, unemployed individuals, disabled veterans, working poor, and anyone else that visits the pantry in need of sustenance.
The pantry will provide two weeks of groceries, if resources allow. Seniors are allowed to visit once per month, others are allowed to visit six times per year unless an emergency arises. A referral demonstarting need is not required for your first trip but will be for subsequent visits. West Central Development, doctors, law enforcement, or the service office on the third floor of the County Courthouse can all provide referrals.
